Dear Dr. Ritu,
I hope this message finds you well. Following the conversation with Mr. Manikk Guptha, I'm delighted to extend a warm invitation on behalf of our Rising Trust Group to speak at our upcoming monthly meeting. We would be truly honored to have you share your insights on the topic: "Effective Parenting Approaches for Teenage Children."
Our group is part of the Ascent Foundation, an initiative founded by Mr. Harsh Mariwala (Founder, Marico Industries) to empower entrepreneurs through peer-to-peer learning and mentorship. Within Ascent, each Trust Group consists of 8-10 members who meet regularly to share experiences and learn from each other in a structured, confidential environment. The Rising Trust Group is a pan-India cohort that meets online every month, with three in-person offsite gatherings annually.
Mahila Shree Samman Award
Got new insights on parenting, especially changing our approach and letting these teenagers live their life, taking care that they do not harm themselves or others, by the time they grow up they'll realise what's right and what's not.

Really enjoyed the session and got to see where we are lagging as parents.
Before the session i was only looking at problems with my child but during the session i realised that it is me who i have to work on and create a condusive environment for my child to share and be a freind to me - Manikk Guptha
