As a pediatrician for over 26 years, I’ve had countless conversations with parents and young people. I’ve witnessed the changing dynamics—where quiet obedience has been replaced with questioning, resistance, and a deep need for self-expression.

And more personally, I’ve lived it myself—as a mother of two sons, now 29 and 25. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve faced struggles. There were moments I unintentionally hurt our bond, simply because I didn’t understand what they truly needed from me.

But something shifted when I became aware of my patterns. I began a journey inward—a journey of healing my own inner child, understanding myself more deeply, and redefining how I show up as a parent, a partner, and a human being. That transformation changed everything.

I found my voice. I reclaimed my strength. And most importantly, I rebuilt a beautiful, respectful, and open relationship with my sons. This experience lit a spark in me—to support other parents on their own journeys and help them build stronger, more joyful connections with their children.

Today, as a parenting coach and youth mentor, I use my personal experience, medical background, and deep empathy to guide both parents and young individuals. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

My goal is simple: to help families reconnect with love, understanding, and purpose—so they can thrive together and pass that strength on to future generations.
