Life Coach & Mentor for Parents, Teens and Young Adults

Helping families build stronger relationships, emotional resilience & conscious connection

Helping families build stronger relationships, emotional resilience & conscious connection
Hi, I’m Dr. Ritu Gupta.
For over 28 years, I have supported children, adolescents, and families as a pediatrician and adolescent health expert. Today, I combine medical expertise with transformational coaching to help families build deeper connection, trust, and understanding.
"At the heart of every struggle... is a relationship."
I'm increasingly realizing that beneath most parenting struggles, teen challenges, or young adult conflicts... lies one core theme:
Relationships.
Our relationship with our children.
With our parents.
With our spouse.
With peers.
And ultimately… with ourselves.
Over the years, my work has naturally evolved beyond behaviour correction or parenting strategies into helping people build healthier emotional connections, conscious communication, and deeper understanding within families.
Perhaps that is the heart of everything I do:
Helping people reconnect—with themselves and with each other.

About Me!
I come from India, a land rich in culture, traditions, and deep-rooted family values. Growing up, I saw how Indian parenting was shaped by love, duty, and respect for elders. Parents are deeply involved in their children’s lives, offering constant support—no matter how old the child gets.
But in today’s fast-changing world, this love can sometimes feel like control to growing teens. What parents see as care, children may experience as pressure or domination. This often leads to misunderstandings, rebellion, and emotional distance.

Dr. Ritu has been one of the most meaningful encounters for my family in 2025.
Often, we fail to seek help or even realise that we need it. We give very little importance to ourselves and many of us grow up believing that being a biological parent is enough that children will “grow on their own”. But that’s not true. Parenting needs guidance. It needs a mentor a friend someone who can walk alongside you and show the way. Ritu ma’am has lived this journey with her own children. She has experienced the highs and lows of life through her own lens and that lived wisdom reflects in the way she coaches and guides us. Every word she shares carries depth true, genuine and deeply rooted in experience. After every meeting, you’re left feeling connected and touched. I am truly grateful to her for guiding me and my family towards a happier, more conscious family life. It is not easy to balance being a professional, a mother, a daughter and a wife and to manage it all with grace. If you ever feel the need for support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. The wisdom and guidance you receive from seniors like her open your mind and help you welcome new perspectives ones that you, your family and your child can grow and learn from together. We are truly grateful to you and your team for supporting and guiding us through this journey with compassion, sensitivity and professionalism.

My coaching journey has honestly been really transformative. Over these months, I’ve seen significant emotional and personal growth in myself more than I expected in such a short time.
What stood out the most for me was how safe and comfortable the space felt. I never felt judged, rushed, or misunderstood. I always felt heard and supported, and that made it easier for me to open up and be real. The sessions with Dr. Ritu felt gentle but still very impactful, and helped me recognise patterns from my past that I hadn’t fully understood before.
I would genuinely recommend this coaching to anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. It’s been one of the most meaningful and valuable things I’ve done for my personal growth.

We began our sessions with Dr Ritu after watching a few of her videos. At that point of time we were a bit nervous to share our personal space and be vulnerable with someone. Each session built up my courage to be more authentic and vulnerable as Dr Ritu too took baby steps to ease me into it by sharing her own journey. When life felt the most imbalanced, she came as a friend first and mentor later. I look forward to our conversations as I would with my best friend.
At the same time, her sessions were quite focused, and l always left a more calmer and seen version of my previous self. Her understanding of family life, emotions of teenagers and parents is commendable. And the patience with which she treats me is also so touching, as there have been instances when my overwhelmed mind would forget to keep up with appointments and, I would never feel judged in any aspect.
Her being a pediatrician, a mother, and having her own inspiring parenting journey adds that unique perspective in her approach to coaching that is hard to find.

Fear of failure in teenagers is not laziness — it is a deeply felt emotional response.

Rebuilding connection with your teenager does not start with a conversation —
