Cancellation, Withdrawal & Attendance Policy
At Reconnect – Rebuilding the Bond, we understand that circumstances can change. At the same time, From Closed Doors to Open Arms is a small-group coaching journey that requires commitment, continuity and dedicated preparation.
Please review the following policy before registering.
1. Cancellation Before the Programme Begins
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please inform us in writing.

7 or more calendar days before the first session: You may request a full refund.

Fewer than 7 calendar days before the first session: You may request a 50% refund.
Where eligible, you may choose a one-time transfer to a future cohort instead of a refund, subject to availability and confirmation by Reconnect.
2. Withdrawal After the Programme Begins
We encourage participants to enrol when they are ready to commit to the full six-week journey.
If you choose to withdraw after the programme has begun, refunds for the remaining sessions will not ordinarily be provided.
However, if exceptional circumstances prevent you from continuing, please contact us. We will consider your situation individually and explore an appropriate solution where possible.
All decisions will remain subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other legal requirements.
3. One-Time Transfer to a Future Cohort
If you are unable to participate in your registered cohort, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort.

The request must be made in writing before the first session of your registered cohort.

Transfers are subject to the availability of a suitable future cohort and written confirmation from Reconnect.

The transfer applies to the same programme and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Once a transfer has been confirmed, the original enrolment cannot be transferred again.
If no suitable future cohort is offered within a reasonable period, please contact us to discuss the available options.
4. Missed Sessions and Attendance
The programme includes six live group coaching sessions of 90 minutes each, along with between-session support and guided reflection and practice.

Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions and arrive on time.

Missed sessions are not individually refundable.

Individual make-up sessions are not included in the programme.

Relevant reflection or practice resources may be shared where available.

Session recordings are not guaranteed and will only be provided where appropriate confidentiality and consent safeguards are in place.
Participants remain responsible for engaging with the programme and completing any independent reflection or practice.
5. Changes to Sessions by the Facilitator
If Dr. Ritu Gupta needs to reschedule a session, participants will be informed as early as reasonably possible and a replacement session will be arranged.
If a session cannot be delivered and no reasonable replacement can be provided, an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion will be offered, subject to applicable law.
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer
Please submit your request in writing to Reconnect using the contact details provided on the website. Include your name, registered email address and the programme you enrolled in.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method wherever practicable and within the applicable legal timeframe.
7. A Shared Commitment
Our intention is to create a supportive, respectful and confidential space where parents can learn, reflect and grow.
By registering, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the programme details, session dates, format and this policy.
